Our family favorite, go-to bread mix. This beats the competition hands down, which is no small feat in the gluten-free world ! Moist, not dry which tends to be the case for gluten-free bread. Not here. I make and freeze a pairing of slices so there is always bread ready for sandwhich making. Microwave briefly. Ready for cold sandwhiches or grilled/paninnis etc. My son loves when I add cinnamon and Splenda, and golden flaxseed meal. In fact, I make this as a standard. The cinnamon compliments almost anything you pair for sandwhich making. You will be surprised. I also use this as our pizza dough mix ! Add oregano and garlic and italian cheese mix to dough and you have a fantastic pizza. Freeze individual slices and microwave. Perfect ! I cannot imagine living without this mix after our son was diagnosed with celiac. In fact, we all eat it because it tastes that good. While Pamela's bread mix is worthy, this is our favorite best, all around.

I've tried many gluten free breads since being diagnosed with Celiac Disease 10 years ago and so far this comes closest to the "real thing". It's easy to prepare in the oven unlike others that were really complicated. Only downside is the dough is 'really' thick and takes a strong arm or mixer.
