YUMMY November 21, 2008 A. Harsche THIS BRAND OF BARS IS BY FAR THE MOST NUTRITIONAL AND BEST TASTING BAR I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE! MOST BARS HAVE EXCITO TOXINS IN THEM WHICH EXCITE YOUR CELLS TO DEATH. YOU CAN READ ABOUT THAT IN RUSSEL BLAYLOCK'S BOOKS. THESE BARS NOT ONLY LACK THE EXCITO TOXINS, THEY ARE ALSO PH BALANCING. THEY CREATE AN ALKALINE ENVIRONMENT WHICH IS GREAT FOR FIGHTING OFF DISEASES.
RAW REVOLUTION - RAISIN July 7, 2008 New Frontier Pioneer (Carolina) IF YOU ARE TRYING TO EAT HEALTHY AND YOU LIKE CHOCOLATE COVERED RAISINS, YOU MIGHT ENJOY THIS. BE AWARE THAT BECAUSE THIS BAR IS WHOLE FOODS CONSISTING OF NUTS ALONG WITH FRUIT, THERE WILL BE AN OILY FEEL AT ROOM TEMPERATURE. YOU CAN CHILL THEM TO MAKE THEM LESS OILY.

very great tasting snack. pretty sticky and not all that filling. also very sweet. if you want a healthier raw bar go with larabar or the new clif nectar bars.
Not The Best January 11, 2007 R. J. Zitnay (CT) They're okay... but not the best tasting. They're just a blended paste of all the ingredients. I prefer the ThinkOrganic Chocolate Coconut which have a much better consistency and taste.
Where's the Revolution? January 3, 2007 Cookbook Addict (Philly, PA) 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
Maybe it's just me, but I really don't get the hype about these bars. The texture is a little funky...sort of a thick paste. The taste is not bad and they are a quick healthy breakfast or snack, but nothing revolutionary. My brother and Mother also bought these and had the same reaction. I tried the chocolate raisin and the chocolate raspberry. My brother claims the coconut is the best, but I have not tried that flavor. I prefer Clif Nectar bars. I think they taste better and the consistancy is not as strange.
