I am a gluten free girl and finding safe grain alternatives has been a challenge. Ancient Harvest Quinoa Flakes are great for a hot breakfast cereal and are great to use in baking. I add chocolate chips to their banana muffin recipe for an easy healthy snack. I always have several boxes on hand.

I've been looking all over for this product couldn't find it. But, I was able to get it here almost $2 cheaper a box INCLUDING shipping. And, it got here faster than expected!!

Quinoa flakes are used in many gluten-free recipes, and aren't easily found at grocery stores. Being able to have a package of 6 boxes delivered to my doorstep is great!

This product is fantastic! I cannot tolerate any wheat or gluten in products, so am limited in my choices. Quinoa flakes is an extremely easy and fast cereal to prepare. When done, I place a small amount of honey on top for extra flavor. It is filling. I also drop an ice cube in the bowl, as it is very hot coming off the stove, and I don't like to wait for it to cool off. Our grocery store quit handling this product. I was so sad as I have learn to incorporate Quinoa into many of my recipes. Glad I could order on line! I am Vegan and like the extra source of protein. Great for pie crust!
