I have made several loafs of gluten free bread with this and have had excellent results. This is my second breadmaker as I wore the first one out. I am a bachelor and if I want good bread it has to be easy. The results work for me !

This is our third bread maker. It does every thing that we could ask for and more. It mixes the ingredients better and more thoroughly than our previous 2 bread makers.

This bread maker came with a lot of useful information and recipes and everything worked well at first, but I wish that the machine was a little better made. I make bread almost every day and am now on my 3rd pan for the breadmaker. Clearly this is something they know about since it is an accessory that you can easily purchase from the Cuisinart web site. I would much rather have paid for a more expensive machine that used quality parts, but that doesn't seem to be the case here (my first bread maker was a Black and Decker one that last for nearly 10 years). This one is approaching a year old, needs yet another pan, and is starting to squeak loudly, which is annoying if you're using it make bread for first thing in the morning.
In summary:
the pros:
looks nice
good recipes and baking information
works well, if you don't use it often
the cons:
shoddy parts
gets noisy after a while
doesn't last
parts could wind up costing more than an new breadmaker
