I really didn't expect these to work as good as they do. I have lettuce I purchased almost two weeks ago that still looks as fresh as when I bought it. And potatoes bought nearly three weeks ago that are still firm and fresh with no "eyes" sprouting. I gave some to my daughter, who was skeptical, and she called and said "Mom, these really work!"
